Procurement team plays vital role from tendering to project execution.   Engineers and Materials Management professionals work together to identify the right material as per client specification and plan the delivery schedule as per the stage wise project requirements.   They continuously interact with the Project team and tendering team and identify the right material and ensure that project is not delayed at any level due to shortage of material. 

Procurement team also coordinates with the quality and inspection team before and at the time of accepting delivery of proper material as per specifications.   They also work on getting the approval of client on all the materials required for the project.  
Company has huge storing facilities in Amghara Industrial Area and in Min-Abdullah.   As we are also having 5 Asphalt Plants and 3 Concrete Plants at the above places, we maintain huge stock yards for material storing.   We have our own huge fleet of trucks and other types of vehicles to deliver the materials in time.  

All materials once purchased are coded serially and maintained in the software with specifications and price.   All details are updated online and data is available on a real time basis.  

Procurement team also maintains an approved vendors list after carefully conducting a vendor selection process.    Any vendor would be delighted to work with us due to our professional approach and universally acceptable terms and conditions.
